Session Evaluation
As a result of AB 2276, county probation departments, COEs, and LEAs, are developing policies and agreements to improve the transition of juvenile court students back to their communities.  AB 2276 required a statewide group be established to make recommendations for state action as well as recommendations useful in the creation of the local MOUs and transition planning policies.  This session will review the workgroup's recommendations as well as legislation and other issues impacting JCC students.
