This session is designed to examine the many social/emotional challenges facing new and veteran administrators.  How well do you balance taking care of your personal life while handling politics, demands and pressures of administration?  The format will be a group and personal exploration of the life/work balance.  There will be veterans there to share their experiences, tips and ideas.  Come prepared to reflect, laugh and have fun.
