The Solano County Office of Education's Juvenile Court and Community School's Educational Transitions Program has a unique approach to the school transition of youth enrolled in our juvenile detention facility school. Our team will share how a seamless transition requires effective systems that support collaborative relationships, communication, and cooperation among the youth, his/her family, the school system, and probation.
