Session Evaluation
When effetive instruction and teacher-initiated interventions and approaches over time are insufficient, a referral is made to access specialized support of the Case Management Team which includes, School Social Workers, Resource Specialists, Transition Specialist and Court Liaison. A focus on communication and collaboration with partnering agencies paired with informal and formal assessment has led to improved response time, services and outcomes for students.
