CCIS Administrative Best Practices in Independent Study (Session I)

This workshop will guide administrators and teachers toward ensuring they have a compliant program by reviewing recent legislation that has impacted independent study programs and schools, including SB277 Public Health: Vaccinations. Additionally, CCIS will provide an overview of different venues for delivering independent study; online, hybrid and textbook based models.  Following the presentation workshop participants will be able to scan QR codes to the new independent study legislation for 2014-2015, 2015-2016 Course Based Independent Study, as well as the Vaccination Bill.
