47th Annual JCCASAC State Conference

The CARE Diversion Program provides a positive alternative educational program for students, families and schools in Sacramento County.  The CARE program is an intervention program capable of supporting the needs of at-risk students in a community school setting on the student’s existing middle or high school campus.  CARE provides a “school within a school” model for students whose behavior, attendance, and/or academic performance is not conducive to current or future success.    We believe that when the appropriate interventions and environments are created, students will succeed, be given the flexibility for emotional growth and have positive outcomes for the future.
