The Educational Passport System (EPS) is the innovative Los Angeles County Foster Youth Information System. Developed with foster youth professionals, EPS saves time by bringing student’s current demographic data, academic data, documents provided by school districts and from the Department of Children and Family Services, into one place. EPS allows you to identify students, exchange pertinent information for enrollment and placement with districts and child welfare.
