Jason Hasty serves as the Director of the Division of Pupil Services for the Los Angeles County Office of Education’s Educational Programs.  Mr. Hasty is an acting board member for the Juvenile Court, Community, Alternative Administrators of California (JCCASAC), serving as the Southern Vice Chair (http://ccsesa.org/committees/spssc/jccasac/) and also a founding member of the ReLAY Institute which is a newly formed think tank created in conjunction with the CSU 5 (http://www.csu5.org/). Mr. Hasty supports principals at juvenile hall schools, multiple residential facilities, and also at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (http://lachsa.net/), which has been named the top public arts high school in the country. Furthermore, Mr. Hasty supports over 30 school counselors, district wide safety, child welfare, homeless, foster, the meal program, discipline, enrollment, attendance, legislative reviews, Title IX, 504,  and policy writing. Prior to serving as Director, Mr. Hasty has held such titles as teacher, coach, dean, assistant principal, co-principal, principal, and coordinator within multiple school districts both nationally and internationally in both public and charter school settings.
