Debra is the Coordinator for Monterey COE Alternative Programs with a focus on special student populations.  She holds an M.A.E. from California State University Monterey Bay with an emphasis in Special Education and Behavior Analysis.  Debra has 19 years of teaching and administrative experience.  She is the administrator of the Case Management Team serving students throughout Monterey COE Alternative Programs.  Since implementation, the Case Management team has developed to meet the unique needs of Alternative Education Students throughout the county.  In her free time Debra enjoys her famiy, the great outdoors, and singing with the San Jose Symphonic Choir.
